How do I choose a convenient Smartpost parcel locker?
If the address or name of the preferred Smartpost parcel locker is not entered in the address field when placing the order, we will automatically direct the package to the Smartpost parcel locker closest to your home address.

What if there is no Smartpost parcel locker nearby?
In rare cases where there is no Smartpost parcel locker within a 10 km radius, we will manually ship the package through Omniva at no additional cost.

NB! We do not offer standard delivery through Omniva, DPD, Venipak, or Unisend. Omniva is only used as a fallback if no Smartpost parcel locker is available nearby.

Since our online store is small, we do not keep large quantities of Pokémon products in stock, and our central warehouse is not located in Estonia, so the delivery of some products may take a little longer.

If the ordered product is available in stock in Estonia, you will receive it within a couple of working days depending on the delivery option.

If the product is not available in the local warehouse, we will immediately order it from the central warehouse and notify you by email that the product has been ordered and is on its way to Estonia.

Delivery from the central warehouse to Estonia usually takes 4–12 working days, which means the package will definitely reach you within up to 3 weeks after placing the order.

Once the package arrives in Estonia, we will send you an email with the Smartpost tracking number so you can track your order.

• Refund before receiving the package: Refunds are not possible before the package has been delivered.

• Requesting a refund: You can request a refund only after the package has arrived and you have decided that you do not wish to keep the product.

• Return period: The product can be returned within 30 days after receiving it.

• Product condition: The returned product must be unopened and preferably in the original transit packaging.

Return costs:

• If you wish to cancel the order before the package arrives, the online store will cover the shipping costs.
  
• If the package has already arrived and you decide to return the product, you must cover the return shipping costs yourself.

• Opened or resealed products: If the product has been opened or clearly repackaged (in Pokémon terms “Resealed”), no refund will be issued, and the package will be sent back to you.
